Power Engineering Division

The ENERGO CONTROL Ltd. company has performed mostly the reconstruction and modernisation of technology equipment of devices for steam and electric power generation in the Energetika production division.

RaM TG3V

The ENERGO CONTROL Ltd. company together with the main contractor, the Energyco ltd.company has performed the modernisation of the TG3V turbo generator in the form of the final supply of the control system within the following extent:

  • Supply and installation of measurement and regulation circuits
  • Production and supply of distribution technology
  • Introduction of the new B&R 2010 control system
  • Supply of Woodward 505E regulation system for the regulation of turbine output
  • Adjustment of operating distribution of heavy current for sequence control of drives by the new control system
RaM I&C and distribution system of boiler K6

The project has been implemented as the turn-key construction of the Control and Regulation System and Heavy Current Operating Distribution for the main contractor of the technological equipment – SES Tlmače a.s.

  • Replacement of measuring circuits of the boiler including cabling
  • Adjustment of the existing regulation circuits
  • Introduction of the new control system for automatic collection of data and control of operation
  • Replacement and extension of the existing automatic control system of burners by the Multicontrol system based on Bernecker & Reiner 2010
  • Adjustment of operating distribution of heavy current for sequence control of drives by the new system
RaM and GO of boilers K2, K3, K4, K5

The Energo Control Ltd. company has participated with several technology companies in the modernisation and technology repair of steam boilers, section Control and Regulation System and Heavy Current Operating Distribution.

  • Construction of new measurement and regulation circuits

  • Repair and adding equipment to switch rooms, local control cabinets of electrical appliances

Repair of coaling electrical part

The Energo Control Ltd. company has performed the following scope of works within the boiler coaling system of the heating plant:

  • Repair and adding sensors and mechanical switches to coaling belts
  • Repair (modernisation) of heavy current operating distribution
  • Production and supply of distribution technology
  • Repair (replacement) of the existing cables
GO Oxygen Turbo Compressor TKO2

The project was performed in cooperation with the Energyco s.r.o company within the following scope:

  • Repair of electric installations – vault, HV field, LV distributor and cable connections
  • Repair of drive circuit in the form of a replacement of resistance cascade by thyristor rectifier
  • Introduction of a new B&R 2005 control system
  • Repair of regulation and measurement circuits
  • Production and delivery of distribution technology

Steelworks Division

Dusting-off OC1 – stage 3

The Energo Control Ltd. company has performed the Control and Regulation System and Heavy Current Operating Distribution on the equipment of steam re- duction stations within the parent project “Dusting-off OC1” for the steelworks division in the following extent:

  • Elaboration of design documentation
  • Delivery of instruments for measurement and regulation circuits
  • Production and supply of distribution technology
  • Delivery, installation and putting into operation the frequency switches
  • Delivery and extension of decentralised Simatic S7 control system
  • Development of user software
  • Installation

DZ Blast Furnaces

Project of Emission Control for Ore-handling Bridges VP1 – VP3

In 2017 ENERGO CONTROL accepted a participation in the project of ecologisation/greening of the Ore bridge operation VP1. It covered a control of an ecological technological system for the extraction and cleaning of adust polluted air that’s generated during theplant operation. The purpose is to reduce the amount of solid pollutants leaking into the air and thus to reduce a negative impact on the environment.

The control of cleaning process was carried out by Siemens, Simatic S7-1500. Simatic Comfort touch panels are available for individual filter operation. In the control room, a visualization station common to multiple filter units is available to the operator. The OPC Server that collects a data from individual processors is also located in the control room.

The project was programmed in the environment of TIA portal version 15. The common visualization station runs in SimaticWinCC Professional V15.
