Bearing in mind all the conditions according to the signed contract, currently, the construction of the control system (DCS) and field equipment system is in progress for the collection of the information from the field in order to renew unit #5 in the Planta Centro power plant, Venezuela.

The basic division of the system from the technology point of view is:
- Production unit consisting of boiler room, machine room and turbine
- Control of boiler room (combustion, water, steam)
- Burner management system (BMS) and emergency shut-down system of the boiler (ESD)
- Control of machine room (AP, BP heaters, by-pass system, condensate)
- Generator (outlet of generator output, phasing)
- Regulations of the turbine (speed, pressure, performance ,…)
- Turbine protection
- Turbine auxiliary equipment (oil system, hydrogen system)
- Chemical treatment of water
- Seawater pumping stations
Engineering
For the scope of supply of automation have been realized following activities:
- Complete desig documentation (Basic engineering, Detailed engineering, Installation documentation)
- Preparation and development of application software
- Performance of technical supervision during the installation of Automation, including tests needed for quality verification
- Installation work management
- Operation /service staff/ training
